Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The period to exercise the right of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of an explicit statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

Effects of Withdrawal

Within 14 days from the date you communicate your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods or deliver them to our address (insert full address).

If you do not inform us within 14 days of your intention to withdraw, the right of withdrawal will be considered waived.

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.

We will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), within 14 days from receiving your withdrawal notification or the return of the goods, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Condition of Returned Goods

The goods must be returned intact, complete with original packaging and undamaged, except for normal deterioration caused by handling necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

In case of damage or improper use, we reserve the right to withhold part of the refund.

Important Safety Recommendations

Please verify the legal situation in your country regarding the use of our products on your vehicle before purchase, ensure that products are mounted by experts, and re-tighten the nuts/bolts after 30 miles of driving with the torque recommended by the vehicle manufacturer. Our mounting information refers to vehicles in standard specifications without modifications to suspension, brakes, bodywork, etc. Please check the quality of the goods immediately upon receipt and document any damage immediately while the courier is still present. Without proper documentation, we must reject all claims. Please check the mounting of the wheels, especially on brake and suspension parts, before fitting tires; rims with mounted tires cannot be returned under any circumstances.
